  • Will handle outbound and inbound calls for Fraud

  • Review and follow up on emails from customers, victims, store personnel, Bank employees, law enforcement, and industry groups.

  • Review fraud detection queues to identify fraud accounts and trends

  • Will perform real-time/near real-time card monitoring, utilizing multiple systems/applications

  • Analyst loss patterns and provide feedback to improve on strategies

  • Process reports from Risk Strategy identifying possible fraud activity or for confirmed compromised cards. Place outbound calls to customers as necessary

  • Perform other duties as assigned

You own this if you have...

  • High school, GED or vocational school diploma is required

  • Minimum of six months of operational experience is required. Over one year of experience within Nordstrom's Card Services business unit with Customer Service and/or Collection experience is preferred

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office in a Windows environment with a beginning level of proficiency in word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software application is required. General knowledge of First Data is preferred

  • Ability to apply excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to handle a high volume of detail with speed and accuracy

  • Ability to be proactive, show initiative and to work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to apply consistent standards in work with frequent changes in company requirements

  • Ability to be flexible and deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

  • Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing

  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees, law enforcement and other outside fraud related contacts

  • Represent Nordstrom to customers in a professional manner at all times

  • Adhere to all Bank policies, procedures and practices

  • Maintain a clean, safe and accident-free work environment and comply with Bank safety rules

  • Understand the value, respect and care of Bank assets

  • Treat all customers and employees in a fair and equitable manner
