Position Overview

This Senior Analyst role will report directly to the Sr. Manager, and will provide support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers as assigned on the various projects. The Senior Analyst will also provide input and may lead in the development of project status reports to project and senior management and executives both internal and external. Regular (daily/weekly) decision making responsibilities related to data requirements, analysis and reporting, including internal and external sources, contributing to the successful outcome on all assigned projects/activities. The majority of the work will be daily operational support on projects as opposed to directing others. The Senior Analyst will be directly responsible for assigned activities supporting projects.

This position is mainly focused on leading the analytical support needs on all assigned projects, including cross departmental and may involve cross functional teams and will be responsible for data gathering, analysis and reporting on all assigned projects as assigned.

TypicalResponsibilities:

  • Provide senior analyst level support on several strategic TErelated projects across the Innovation, Development & Controls (ID&C)department. This resource will lead keydata gathering, analysis and reporting compliance deliverables

  • Provide project management support as assigned on various projects

  • Represent SCE at pre-identified internal and externalmeetings/conferences

Minimum Qualifications

  • BAor BS

  • Five(5) or more years of experience in an analyst role

  • Experiencein complex customer data analytics, with the ability to build MS Excel (orother) data models utilizing various data elements and attributes

  • StrongMS Excel and data analytics background

  • Abilityto work independently, understanding data requirements needed to build modelsbased on business needs with a high level of accuracy

  • Marketanalysis experience 3 years

Desired Qualifications

  • MSor MBA

  • Experiencein the transportation electrification field

  • Utilityindustry experience
