D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for aFinancial Analystfor their Finance/Accounting Department. The right candidate will analyze and assimilate financial data into useful management tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage divisional business plan process
Compile departmental budgets into GMA/GPA format
Project profitability spanning life of project
Equip management with profitability analysis, including actual to enable informed decision-making
Prepare various reports and analysis required by corporate
May directly supervise employees in the Accounting Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
